Exchange
We offer free exchanges. You can choose to exchange for a different size or for any other product. The return period for exchanges is 30 days.

Store Credit
We offer free return shipping when you choose a refund for store credit. You can find this option in the returns portal, where you can select 'store credit'. When refunding for store credit, the return period is 30 days. Select return with sending of store credit.
Returns
All orders are subject to our standard 14-day returns policy. The returns period runs from the day you receive your order.
We will only accept your return if the following conditions are met:
- The returned items appear as new.
- The 14-day return period has not expired.
- The returned goods are properly packaged
- The items have not been exposed to perfume, makeup or smoke.
- Hang tags and labels have not been removed or damaged
A return must be created via our returns portal before the 14 days have expired.

- Wrap the item(s) in question in the packaging they were delivered in.
- Print it yourself or have your parcel shop print the return label you received.
- Attach your return label to your return package.
- The package must now be delivered to your GLS parcel shop.
Your exchange will be shipped once we have processed your return package. This will take place within 1-3 business days after the return package has been submitted. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your exchange has been packaged and forwarded with the selected delivery partner.
We process returns quickly, but it can take up to 7-10 days from the time a return package arrives to be processed. Please note that extended processing times may occur during holidays.
If an exchange/return has not been processed within 14 days of arrival at our address, this must be reported to us at info@attode.dk.
When returning an order that you have previously exchanged, simply use the same order number.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to return two orders together, as our system does not support this function, and you will therefore only receive the money back for one order. If you want to save return shipping, we offer, for example, an exchange for another item or a return for a credit note.
Unfortunately, it happens every now and then (and yes, we hate it as much as you do). Luckily, it's super easy to fix:
- Visit our returns portal :
- Select the product you wish to return.
– It will be the correct product that appears in the system — you just have to select it anyway.

Select the return reason: “The item is incorrect”
- Write briefly in the comments box how the item differs from what you ordered.
- Select “Swap Size” (yes, strange name — but that’s how the system handles swaps)
Once you have returned the wrong item, we will send you the correct one .
You can expect to receive your exchange within 3–5 business days after returning.
