Delivery
All orders are shipped with DHL or UPS, and the expected delivery time is 1–3 business days .
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.
Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, MobilePay, Apple Pay and ViaBill.
The amount will only be deducted from your account once the order has been shipped.
Exchange
We offer free exchanges within 30 days .
You can exchange for a different size or for completely different products.
Exchanges are created via our return portal: https://attode.dk/pages/retur-og-ombytning
*We cover the cost of one exchange per order.
Credit card
When choosing a refund for a credit note, we offer free return shipping .
This option is selected in the returns portal under “gift cards”.
For refunds to credit cards, the return period is 30 days .
Select return with sending a credit note in the returns portal.
Return
All orders are covered by our standard return policy of 14 days from the day you receive the item.
A return must be created via our returns portal within the 14 days.
When returning for a refund, a shipping fee of DKK 49 will be charged, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.
This covers the cost of return shipping and handling fees.
We only accept returns if the following conditions are met:

The goods appear as new

The 14-day return period has not expired.

The goods are properly packaged

The items have not been exposed to perfume, makeup or smoke.

Hang tags and labels are intact
Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be rejected.
Complaint
According to the Danish Sales Act, there is a 2-year right of complaint for goods.
The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects that may occur during normal use.
If you discover an error or deficiency, please contact us as soon as possible at info@attode.dk .
If the complaint is approved, we will cover return shipping and send a new item, repair the product or refund the purchase amount.

We make reservations about:

Misprints and price changes

Sold out items

Deviations in color or expression between product images and the actual item
Personal data
Your personal data is treated confidentially and in accordance with applicable legislation.

Applicable law and venue
All purchases from ATTODE ApS are subject to Danish law , and any disputes will be settled by Danish courts .
